I think one of the best values Clear Energy brought to this project was the ability to get outside the box, figure out how we were going to make the project work within the budget without losing the energy efficiency goals we desired. They had ownership in the design, they had ownership in the day-to-day management with us, and throughout every aspect of the project they were with us as a partner and not just a consultant.
