Steve is the principal in charge of the mechanical and plumbing design teams. He has over 30 years of experience in the mechanical design field and has been Project Manager and Principal in charge on a wide variety of design projects, including educational, medical, municipal, hospitality, multi-family, residential, commercial, industrial, retail, government and entertainment. He previously served as Engineering Director for Comfort Systems USA Energy Services, a subsidiary of one of the largest mechanical contractors in the U.S. His duties there included energy and financial analysis, and the development of complex energy projects. Prior to that, he was Technical Energy Manger for Energy Systems Group and was the Lead Energy Engineer for a campus-wide energy performance contract at the University of Arkansas. His duties at HP include Quality Control (QC) assurance, which significantly reduces errors and omissions, resulting in very minimal RFI’s and change requests. He also has extensive experience in building systems commissioning and energy conservation projects.
