David E. Adams
As Program Director, David has a demonstrated record of success in creating efficient designs that are cost effective and comply with applicable codes and standards. He has strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills, as well as the ability to identify operational deficiencies and implement system improvements. With over 19 years experience in the AEC Industry, David is a proven leader, providing motivation and training by example and has excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels. He has extensive experience with project management, design, analysis, construction and commissioning of building systems with a focus on electrical aspects. Much of his field experience has been hands-on, including trouble-shooting, analysis, and retrofits of complex building systems. He has been involved in educational, municipal, retail, government and corporate projects in the United States as well as internationally.
